I answer all enquiries personally during the work week, although sometimes I cannot respond immediately — I may be in a session or on a day of leave.
Wherever possible I endeavour to respond within 48 hours.

Appointments are offered between 08:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. All other sessions are by appointment only, and at my discretion.
Wait times tend to vary throughout the year, however currently we are able to see most clients within 1-2 weeks. We always try to keep this wait as short as possible.
Prior to booking, please ensure you have read information about my services and fees.
